Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or minimum 2 years of Payroll experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and payroll software.
• Experience with accounts payable processes and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls for Brooks US.
• Audit time schedules records, resolve exceptions and errors.
• Maintain employee profiles in the system, handling new hires, terminations, rate changes etc.
• Validate complex pay components like overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, etc.
• Assist in processing AP invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to guarantee timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.
• Interact with HR, Materials, Receiving, etc. to complete required functions.
