Job summary

Traylor Bros., Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to compile and maintain payroll data and run weekly and bi-weekly payroll. This role partners with HR and operations to ensure accurate withholdings, salary adjustments, and timely payroll distributions.

The ideal candidate will have payroll experience, familiarity with ADP, and the ability to handle tax filings and year-end documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in payroll or related area.
• Knowledge of payroll laws and ADP payroll reporting.
• Familiar with standard office procedures and software.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll.
• Update employee information and withholdings.
• Prepare payroll tax withholdings and year-end forms.
• Distribute payroll checks and prepare registers.
• Assist with union-related reports and audits.
