Job summary

Rolling Green Village in Greenville, SC is seeking a hospitality-minded individual for a full-time Accounts Payable/Payroll position. The role supports the Financial Services Director and handles data entry, clerical duties, payroll processing, and accounts payable processing to ensure accurate and timely financial operations for residents and staff.

The successful candidate will contribute to a team dedicated to outstanding care and service, with duties ranging from EFT preparation and deposits

Qualifications

• Data entry and clerical tasks required
• Payroll processing experience preferred
• Accounts payable processing responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail required

Responsibilities

• Prepares resident EFTs and drafts resident bank accounts
• Prepares daily/weekly deposits and scans to the bank
• Reviews and summarizes timecards and inputs payroll information
• Processes all phases of payroll including payroll tax returns
• Reviews accounts payable invoices for accuracy
• Inputs accounts payable into the system and generates checks
• Prepares monthly Petty Cash & Front Desk Deposits
• Processes PBJ (Payroll Based Journal) data into CMS monthly
