Qualifications

• Experience handling semi-monthly payroll cycles and bonuses.
• Ability to process both hourly and salary data and benefits enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update semi-monthly payroll data, including hourly and salary data and incentive bonus programs.
• Record changes affecting wages including taxes, direct deposits, and wage increases.
• Review payroll registers and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll.
• Conduct weekly payroll data entry within set timelines.
• Reconcile, code, and enter invoices and upload into accounting system for payment.
• Respond to verification of employment requests within 48 hours.
