Job summary

Apache Casino Hotel is seeking an accounting professional to process payroll and support accounts payable for 400+ team members. You will ensure timely biweekly payroll and monthly bonuses and verify transactions against policies.

The role also involves month-end close tasks, vendor licensing, and data entry across the finance function, while delivering excellent internal and external service in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of related administrative or accounting experience.
• Strong computer and math skills with MS Office and financial data programs.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll and monthly bonuses timely and accurately.
• Provide payroll support for 400+ team members.
• Process Accounts Payable checks weekly and assist with month-end closing.
• Assist with vendor licensing and maintaining department records.
• Enter data and reconcile as needed per policies and controls.
