Newbold Services in South Carolina is seeking an experienced Payroll & HRIS Leader to own payroll processing and HRIS management within a growing manufacturing environment.

You will manage ADP payroll, maintain accurate employee data, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to improve processes and reporting for a busy workforce.

Qualificações

• Five+ years of experience in payroll, HRIS, or HR operations.
• Hands-on ADP payroll and/or HRIS systems experience required.
• Solid understanding of payroll processing, timekeeping, and wage-hour regulations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience preparing payroll or HR reports.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential employee information.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.

• Oversee biweekly payroll activities using ADP, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on schedule.
• Keep employee information and payroll records accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Serve as a go-to resource for payroll questions, system issues, and employee data needs.

We are partnering with an established manufacturing organization seeking a Payroll & HRIS Manager to play an important role in supporting its growing workforce and HR operations.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with payroll processing, understands ADP, and can manage employee information while working closely with Human Resources, Finance, and Operations.

• At least 5 years of experience in payroll, HRIS, or HR operations.
• Hands-on experience using ADP payroll and/or HRIS systems is required.
• Solid understanding of payroll processing, timekeeping, and wage and hour regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential employee information.

• Payroll or HRIS experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Supporting hourly employees across multiple shifts.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or comparable HRIS platforms.
• Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
• A track record of improving payroll accuracy, reporting, or HR system processes.
