Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience in complex environments.
• Experience processing US, Canada, and Puerto Rico payroll.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
• Experience with Workday HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
• Support payroll processing for US, Canada, and Puerto Rico employee populations.
• Develop and maintain payroll reports using advanced Excel functions.
• Coordinate and complete union reporting requirements and related submissions.
• Assist with payroll tax balancing, quarter-end, and year-end processes for audits.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience
