The Payroll Analyst at Johnson Controls is responsible for supporting and processing payroll for employees across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, including reconciliations and audits. You will collaborate with HR, HRIT, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proficient in Excel, experienced with Workday, and knowledgeable about payroll regulations and reporting requirements.

Formación

• 3+ years of payroll experience in complex environments.
• Experience with US, Canada, and Puerto Rico payroll.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support payroll processing for U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico employee populations.
• Develop and maintain payroll reports using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Validate employee data, pay calculations, deductions, taxes, and earnings in Workday.
• Coordinate and complete union reporting requirements and assist with audits.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and participate in process improvements.
