Job summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst in Atlanta to process weekly payroll for 300-500+ employees and maintain accurate payroll records while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of payroll experience, hands-on UKG Pro expertise, ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs), with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro payroll processing.
• Experience working with an ERP system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for 300-500+ employees accurately and on schedule.
• Perform routine payroll audits to ensure accuracy of employee earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefit withholdings.
• Audit payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper deductions.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and payroll-related issues.
• Support payroll tax processing and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
• Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits.
