A significant water utility provider based in Pennsylvania is looking for a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll for multiple divisions. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet weekly payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Processes and analyzes weekly and bi-weekly payroll for assigned divisions.
• Uses advanced Excel skills to validate and reconcile payroll data.
• Responds promptly to payroll questions and resolves discrepancies.
