Hollingsworth & Vose, a global leader in filtration, seeks a Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate, timely payroll for U.S. employees including unionized locations. You will work with HR, Accounting and site leadership, owning cycles, data reconciliations, and inquiries with confidentiality.

Reporting to Payroll Manager, you will help safeguard accuracy, maintain compliance, and strengthen controls and processes behind employee pay. Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll required.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• CPP/FPC certification is advantageous.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and union payroll.
• Experience with manufacturing or multi-site environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Payroll Processing & Operations: process multi-state payroll cycles for salaried, hourly, and union populations; maintain payroll records; administer deductions and contributions; address pay inquiries.
• Compliance & Controls: ensure payroll practices meet federal/state/local regulations; prepare tax filings and year-end reporting; document controls for audits; protect data confidentiality.
• Reporting & Analysis: reconcile payroll to GL; prepare payroll reports and variance commentary; support budget/forecast data; handle EEO/ACA/unemployment reporting.
• Systems & Continuous Improvement: maintain Workday/HRIS configuration; test updates and interfaces; identify process improvements; document procedures.
