Redhorse Corporation in Gainesville, VA is hiring a Payroll Analyst to join a hybrid Finance and Accounting team. You will manage bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state staff, handle timekeeping, garnishments, and leave processing with meticulous accuracy.

The role requires Deltek Costpoint and T&E proficiency, strong Excel skills, and adherence to GAAP and FAR. A related bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience (or HS diploma with 15 years) is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; or HS diploma with 15 years multi-state payroll experience.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint v7.2+ and Deltek Time & Expense; Costpoint required.
• Proven track record running full-cycle multi-state payroll and labor distributions.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting, reconciliations, wage garnishments, and multi-state tax withholding.

Mansioni

• Execute full-cycle bi-weekly payroll processing for multi-state employee base with high accuracy and deadlines.
• Manage weekly timesheet collection, review, and posting of labor distributions using Deltek Costpoint and T&E.
• Process off-cycle payroll runs, pay adjustments, and garnishments in compliance with regulations.
• Reconcile payroll, leave accruals, and benefit disbursements (HSA, FSA, commuter benefits, WC).
• Assist in generating Service Contract Act fringe benefit statements and reconciliations.
• Maintain employee and subcontractor profiles in timekeeping/payroll systems; serve as primary payroll contact.
