Inspire Brands is seeking a Payroll Analyst based in Atlanta to resolve payroll issues for restaurant teams, managers, and Support Center staff worldwide. You will process end-to-end payroll, ensure compliance with laws, and maintain confidential information while delivering timely, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes audits, reporting, and advisory support across multiple brands, plus training for payroll specialists, collaboration with HR and finance, and documentation of best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Payroll processing experience is required.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit, review, and reconcile payrolls weekly for restaurant, international, and support center teams.
• Distribute weekly audit reports to Payroll Specialists & Coordinators.
• Assist in the training of Payroll Specialists & Coordinators.
• Maintain high level of customer service through timely email and ticket responses.
• Execute all payroll processes while complying with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Run and analyze payroll audits & reporting.
• Process end-to-end payroll while coordinating with team members globally.
• Process complex off-cycle payments (reversals, overpayments, duplicate merges).
• Assist with research and resolution of payroll-related matters.
• Document and maintain best practices and SOPs for payroll processes.
