Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Payroll Analyst for a contract, on-site role in San Antonio, TX. The position requires extensive multi-state payroll experience and expertise in Workday and Excel. Compensation is $35-38 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and organizational skills and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. On-site duties are expected at the North Downtown San Antonio location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle, multi-state payroll experience.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Workday, payroll tax, and multi-state payroll.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• International payroll experience and additional language skills are a plus.
