ADP is hiring a Payroll Business Partner I in Denver, CO. You will serve as the primary client liaison, providing first‑level payroll guidance and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

You will respond to client inquiries by phone and email, delivering timely solutions and enhancing client satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of client/service experience, strong communication, and a service mindset.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of client and/or service experience.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor and problem solver for ADP's clients.
• Build relationships with clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate clients on product value and provide recommendations.
• Organize and manage a high volume of inbound calls daily.
