Job summary

Winner Automotive Group, a family-owned dealership group based in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a full-time on-site role. You will process payroll for about 300 team members, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with HR and management to provide a confidential payroll experience.

The role requires proficiency with Paycom Payroll and Excel, knowledge of garnishments, taxes, and bonus processing, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Paycom Payroll software and Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Experience managing Payroll Processing, Garnishments and Payroll Taxes in line with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Knowledgeable in commission based compensation plans and incentive/bonus processing
• Leave Management and Processing (PMFL, STD, LTD, etc. )
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet regular deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with HR, finance, and management in a fast paced environment.
• Prior payroll experience with multiple EIN's
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all team members (approx. 300), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with HR and management to support a smooth and confidential payroll experience for all employees.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to payroll inquiries in a timely manner.
