Job summary

Winner Automotive Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations across our dealership locations. If you know Paycom inside and out and can juggle multi-location processing without breaking a sweat, we want to talk to you.

You will process payroll accurately and on time, administer Paycom payroll functions, track employee leave, ensure compliance with wage, hour, and tax regulations, and generate reports.

Qualifications

• Experience running payroll in Paycom is required.
• Experience processing payroll across multiple locations.
• Strong leave administration and tracking knowledge.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time across multiple dealership locations.
• Administer and maintain payroll functions within Paycom.
• Track, manage, and reconcile employee leave (PMFL, FMLA, STD, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and tax regulations.
• Maintain payroll records and generate reports as needed.
• Partner with HR and management to resolve payroll discrepancies.
