Job summary

Courtesy Automotive Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Automotive Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team. You will manage semi-monthly payroll for dealership employees, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.

The ideal candidate has automotive dealership payroll experience, CDK knowledge, and preferably Paycom experience, with strong Excel skills and confidentiality. Pay is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership payroll experience required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Process semi monthly payroll for dealership employees.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Calculate commissions, bonuses, and incentive pay plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting on compensation matters.
• Assist with payroll audits, tax reporting, and year-end processing.
