Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Payroll Administrator in Lakewood, CO. You will manage accurate, timely payroll, including regular and off-cycle processing, while building HR skills.

This role suits someone with 1–2 years payroll experience who enjoys detail, helps with onboarding, and supports HR systems and reporting. Onsite, full-time with a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of payroll processing or payroll administration experience.
• Familiarity with payroll software, HRIS platforms, or timekeeping systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset; handling confidential information.
• Team player, proactive and eager to learn.
• Healthcare or private equity experience is a plus, but not required.

Mansioni

• Process accurate and timely payroll, including regular, off-cycle, and PEO payroll.
• Maintain employee timekeeping records, PTO balances, and sick leave accruals.
• Assist with quarterly and annual bonus calculations and payroll adjustments.
• Support employee onboarding, including I-9 verification and E-Verify processing.
• Maintain payroll and employee information within the HRIS system.
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, timekeeping, and HR systems.
• Process payroll-related requests, including garnishments, tax documentation, and employment verifications.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist HR and Finance teams with data and reporting needs.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot system issues.
• Assist with new hire orientation, audits, HR projects, and process improvements.
• Help ensure payroll practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
