Lakeshore Talent is recruiting a Payroll Analyst for a Denver-based organization. The role supports payroll processing and accounting with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on payroll experience (preferably Workday), payroll accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Excel. This is a temporary, hybrid role with 3–4 days onsite and 1–2 days remote each week.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing in a high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll accounting and general ledger processes.

Mansioni

• Process and audit weekly and biweekly payroll cycles for 8,000+ employees across multiple states.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, including earnings, deductions, tax withholdings, and data integrity.
• Utilize Workday for payroll processing, transactions, reporting and data management.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting to improve payroll processes.
