Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a growing organization to hire an HR & Payroll Specialist in Lone Tree, CO. This direct-hire role combines hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle with payroll and benefits administration across multiple entities and states.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite per week) and a salary of $75,000–$80,000 annually. Strong HR experience and payroll expertise are essential for success.

• Hands-on HR experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience, multi-state across multiple entities.
• Strong policy interpretation and employee relations skills.
• Experience with benefits administration and payroll compliance.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll platforms.

• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Process accurate payroll across multiple entities and states.
