Lakeshore Talent partners with a Denver nonprofit to recruit a Payroll Administrator for the People & Culture team. This role oversees full-cycle payroll for salaried, hourly, and contract staff, while supporting payroll accounting, benefits reconciliation, and HRIS administration.

The position is full-time, contract-to-hire, with a schedule of Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), four days onsite and one remote day. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, dependent on experience.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of full-cycle payroll experience for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Knowledge of Colorado payroll laws and FAMLI leave benefits.
• Experience with payroll accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and cloud-based applications.

Mansioni

• Process biweekly and monthly payroll for salaried, hourly, and contract employees; include off-cycle payments as needed.
• Review timecards, earnings, deductions, and payroll data for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Ensure accurate data transfers between timekeeping and payroll systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive payroll information.
