Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly/semi-monthly/monthly payroll for multiple employees across states.
• Verify timesheets, overtime, PTO, and pay adjustments for accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure wage-hour compliance.
• Process new hires, terminations, garnishments, and benefit deductions.
• Reconcile payroll data with HRIS and accounting systems.
• Prepare and file payroll tax reports (federal, state, local).
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay and deductions.
• Support year-end processes including W-2 and 1099 preparation.
• Assist with internal and external payroll audits and process improvements.
