Qualifications

• 2+ years of US payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting payroll operations.
• Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
• High adaptability and flexibility.
• Clear and effective communication in speaking and writing.
• High integrity and strong customer service with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process garnishments and notarizations as necessary.
• Ensure garnishment checks are notarized and mailed out biweekly.
• Assist with weekly 401(k) audits.
• Review weekly benefit arrears and add to payroll as necessary.
• Perform monthly deduction audits and process arrears.
• Monitor new hires and complete ADP setup.
• Monitor and respond to the payroll inbox.
• Prepare terminations and ad-hoc wire payments.
• Prepare post-payroll reports.
