Essential Functions:
ThePayroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing ofbi-weekly payroll for more than 1,000 employees, ensuring compliance with allapplicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies.This role serves as a key partner to Finance, Tax, Human Resources, andexternal auditors, supporting payroll operations, compliance, reporting, andprocess improvement initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Processbi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule, including salaries, wages,benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Ensurecompliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, wage andhour laws, and company policies.
- Prepare,reconcile, and support payroll-related general ledger entries in partnershipwith the Finance team.
- Researchand resolve payroll tax issues, including State Unemployment Insurance (SUI)matters and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintainand audit employee payroll and HR data, including new hires, terminations,compensation changes, and demographic updates.
- Supportinternal and external audits by preparing payroll records, reports,reconciliations, and required documentation.
- Partnerwith the Tax team to support expatriate payroll activities, including taxreporting, relocation expenses, cost-of-living adjustments, and relatedcompensation matters.
- Respondto employee, manager, and stakeholder payroll and timekeeping inquiries withprofessionalism and accuracy.
- Identifyopportunities to improve payroll processes, strengthen controls, and implementautomation and efficiency enhancements.
- Generate and analyze payrollreports to support business, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strongknowledge of end-to-end payroll processing, payroll accounting, internalcontrols, and payroll tax compliance.
- Experienceadministering timekeeping systems, including pay rules, accruals, reporting,and issue resolution.
- Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications.
- Experiencewith Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll systems; Dayforce experiencestrongly preferred.
- Excellentorganizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptionalattention to detail.
- Strongverbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Requirements:
Bachelor’sdegree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or arelated field preferred; equivalent payroll experience will be considered.
Minimumof two (2) years of payroll experience with increasing responsibility.
