The Payroll Administrator plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional employee experience by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for employees across the organization. More than a payroll processor, this individual serves as a trusted partner to employees, managers, Human Resources, and Finance, balancing operational excellence with outstanding customer service. We are seeking a collaborative and solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical and analytical skills, excels at building positive working relationships, and demonstrates sound judgment when navigating payroll-related challenges. This role requires someone who can think critically, identify process improvements, and effectively balance business requirements, compliance standards, and employee needs while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy.
Salary Range: $30 - $34
Schedule: Hybrid schedule working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office
