Job summary

Entertainment Consulting International, LLC (ECI) is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Baltimore team. The role focuses on maintaining confidential payroll records and processing direct deposits, garnishments, and verifications while ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing.

The ideal candidate possesses strong Excel skills, experience with Ultipro, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and compliance with employment laws.

We are looking for aPayrollAdministratorto add to our team – qualifications include:

• -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a self-starter - Team player who is willing to take on additional tasks to aid in time sensitive deadlines.
• - Intermediate skills (or better) in Microsoft products, especially Excel - Experience with import/export (upload processes) a plus
• -Must have excelend verbal and written communication skills
• -Ability to apply reason and logic to complex situations - Knowledge of federal and state employment laws/regulations a plus. - Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• -Must have Basic mathematical skills
• -Maintain confidential payroll personnel files and Pay information through Ultipro - Maintain and respond to confidential employee information including Direct Deposits, Garnishments and Employment Verifications to meet deadlines and requirements
