Job summary

Legends Global, the operator of INTRUST Bank Arena, Orpheum Theatre and Capitol Federal Amphitheater, seeks a Payroll and Payables Accountant. You will manage bi-weekly payrolls, process vendor invoices in D365, and support daily accounting operations.

Ideal candidates have payroll experience, ADP EV5 familiarity, GAAP knowledge, and excellent accuracy under deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, laws, and overtime calculations.
• Proficiency in GAAP and general ledger coding.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple venues using ADP EV5.
• Input payable invoices into D365 and coordinate approvals.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and monthly accruals.
• Assist in monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
