Responsibilities

• Assist Payroll Manager by entering weekly and semimonthly payrolls into CDK and related journal entries.
• Update employee payroll records for changes like address, salary adjustments and leave accruals.
• Maintain payroll files and ensure documents are organized.
• Assist onboarding of new hires and onboarding steps in the payroll system (I-9, E-Verify as needed).
• Assist managers and employees with payroll-related questions and Paylocity access issues.
