Job summary

The position requires an associate or bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, manufacturing exposure, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree with 3+ years (or 5+ years for assoc) in accounting/payroll
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong Excel and ERP familiarity required

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll from hire to termination
• Maintain accurate payroll and accounting records
• Process accounts receivable and invoicing
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reports
• Support audits and tax filings
• Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers
• Provide data for quarterly/yearly audits
• Ensure confidentiality of payroll data
