Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll and accounting experience in manufacturing or similar setting.
• Experience with payroll processing, A/P and A/R, and monthly close.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full payroll process from hire to termination.
• Maintain accurate payroll files and confidentiality.
• Manage accounts receivable, issue invoices and apply payments.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reports.
• Support audits and quarterly/annual tax filings.
