Job summary

Cygnus Manufacturing Company in Saxonburg, PA is hiring a Manufacturing Laborer to support multiple production areas, operate tools, and help ensure quality parts. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to work instructions in a fully climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

High school or trade school graduate.
Ability to use calipers or measuring devices is a plus.
Must follow written and verbal instructions and work well in a team.
Frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 50 lbs.
Overtime may be required up to 10 hours per week.
Manufacturing environment may be hot, cold, or noisy.

Responsibilities

Perform processing, assembly, fabrication and other production duties using hand and power tools.
Follow work instructions and supervisor guidance.
Operate drills, tumblers, sandblasters and other equipment as directed.
Set up and operate PEM insertion machines under guidance.
Inspect parts visually and dimensionally and document results.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and assist with material handling.
