Cygnus Manufacturing Company in Saxonburg, PA is seeking an Accountant & Payroll Administrator to manage payroll, AR, and general accounting functions within a small-to-midsize manufacturing setting.

The role requires an associate or bachelor’s degree with several years of related experience, proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, and strong Excel and ERP familiarity. You’ll work closely with colleagues to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with related accounting/payroll experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now payroll system is required.
• Strong bookkeeping and monthly close understanding.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer the entire payroll process from start to finish.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll files.
• Manage accounts receivable, issue invoices and apply payments.
• Assist with cash management and petty cash.
• Prepare and enter monthly journal entries.
