FVRLibraries in Vancouver, WA is hiring a full-time Payroll - Accounting Specialist. The role handles payroll, AP/AR, general ledger, and reporting within our finance team. You will review timesheets, process invoices, and ensure data accuracy in our financial systems.

The position requires an Associate degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of related experience, with 5 years preferred. Normal hours are 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Associates degree in a related field or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years related experience; five years preferred.
• Customer service experience; lead worker experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll semi-monthly, review timesheets, resolve discrepancies and obtain approvals.
• Serve as main payroll contact for internal/external stakeholders and respond to questions.
• Perform accounts payable functions, verify invoices, coding and vendor data updates.
• Prepare and mail invoices, track and reconcile reimbursements, manage vendor information.
• Record general ledger entries and maintain GL accounts.
• Prepare financial and payroll reports for internal and external bodies.
• Prepare W-2 and 1099 forms in compliance with IRS rules.
• Reconcile bank deposits and assist other departments with Finance policies.
