• Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's chart of accounts and GL structure.
• Process full-cycle payroll, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Reconcile employee hours and payroll expenses.
• Review coach employment agreements to verify pay rates, stipends, and compensation structures.
• Process payroll deductions, including garnishments and other withholdings. Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
