You will review hours, deductions, vendor invoices, prepare payments, generate invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Review hours, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and payroll adjustments.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to employee questions regarding pay, deductions, and timekeeping.
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
• Prepare vendor payments and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Generate customer invoices, apply incoming payments, and monitor outstanding AR balances.
• Communicate with employees, customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve payroll, billing, and payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile payroll reports, vendor statements, bank activity, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with journal entries, month-end closing activities.
