Qualifications

2+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience.
Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
Ability to communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable invoices accurately and on time.
Prepare and post accounts receivable transactions and monitor aging.
Reconcile accounts and support month-end close activities.
Maintain audit-ready financial records and documentation.
Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues.
Assist with data entry, account analysis, and reporting requests.
