Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and approve timecards daily/weekly.
• Review payroll weekly, reconcile reports, and prepare month-end entries.
• Update and distribute weekly labor, contracts, and temp reports.
• Complete weekly/monthly labor reconciliations and journal entries.
• Administer UKG, including training supervisors and processing AP invoices.
• Audit weekly Sox reports and maintain accurate records.
