Job summary

Arcosa Wind Towers in Belen, NM is seeking a bilingual HR Generalist to support onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, and performance processes at the plant. You will promote a positive culture, ensure labor law compliance, and assist management on HR issues.

The role reports to the Plant HR Manager and requires 2+ years in HR, Spanish and English fluency, and strong MS Office skills. This is a full-time on-site position at the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR or related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience.
• Maintain high confidentiality of records and information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI, Outlook.
• Familiar with UltiPro HRIS.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR services and support to Arcosa managers for effective HR management.
• Conduct training sessions and investigate complaints to foster a fair workplace.
• Maintain accurate employee records with data privacy controls.
• Serve as first point of contact for benefits, policies, performance management, and employee relations.
