Job summary

Arcosa Wind Towers in Belen, NM is seeking an Accounting & Payroll Administrator to support payroll, AP, and general accounting in a manufacturing setting. You will review timecards, process weekly payroll, reconcile reports, and manage weekly labor and contractor reports.

The role requires strong Excel skills, confidentiality, and the ability to learn new systems. This is a full-time, on-site position (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm) with potential overtime in a plant environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for heavy data entry.
• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
• UKG & UltiPro experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and approve timecards daily/weekly.
• Review and approve payroll weekly and reconcile reports.
• Update weekly labor and contractor reports.
• Complete weekly/monthly labor reconciliations.
• Process journals and reconciliations at month-end.
• Update attendance and vacation data in UKG.
• Provide UKG training for Supervisors.
• AP duties: manage invoices on hold and payments.
