Job summary

Arcosa Wind Towers, Inc. in Belen, NM is seeking an Accounting & Payroll Administrator to manage timecards, payroll approvals, and labor reconciliations within a manufacturing environment.

You will update contract and temp reports, perform monthly journal entries, and ensure accurate payroll processing while maintaining confidential records. Plant operations, safety focus, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for heavy data entry.
• Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.

Responsibilities

• Review, update, and approve /timecards on a daily/weekly basis
• Review and approve payroll weekly and reconcile reports
• Update and distribute weekly Contract and Temp employee reports
• Complete weekly and monthly labor reconciliations
• Update Vacations and Reimbursements in UKG
• Complete daily Dashboard, OT, and Attendance reporting
• Audit weekly Sox reports
• Complete end of month Journal Entries and Reconciliations
• Track Scrap daily and reconcile monthly
• Provide UKG training for Supervisors
• AP responsibilities include pulling invoices on hold, submitting AP invoices for payment as needed
• Other tasks as needed
