Patient First in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a Payroll Administrator to process bi-weekly payroll and maintain payroll master files. You will handle withholding disbursements and employment verification, and respond to employee inquiries in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires ADP experience, ERP or automated payroll processing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Workday experience is a plus, along with strong confidentiality and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• FPC or CPP credential a plus.
• At least two years of ADP experience preferred.
• At least two years of ERP or automated payroll processing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Workday experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential matters.
