Job summary

Patient First is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage bi-weekly payroll, maintain master files, and handle withholding disbursements in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role involves processing payroll, preparing census data, and calculating bonuses, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have ADP and ERP payroll experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Workday.

Qualifications

• Two years of ADP experience
• Two years of ERP or automated payroll processing experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to handle confidential matters
• Experience with payroll compliance and reporting

Responsibilities

• Processing bi-weekly payroll
• Maintaining payroll master files
• Updating and reconciling withholding-related disbursements
• Completing employment verification documentation for current and prior employees
• Responding to employee inquiries
• Preparing employee census reports
• Preparing bonus calculations
• Using and operating office equipment as trained
• Completing other duties and projects as needed
