Qualifications

• Strong payroll administration skills including multi-state processing and year-end reporting.
• Experience in account management or client services with relationship-building ability.
• Knowledge of HR practices, workers' compensation, and basic insurance principles.
• Familiarity with payroll and HRIS software and data reporting.
• Solid understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and recordkeeping standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• On-site work in Bradenton, FL with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's/associate degree in business, accounting, finance, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in payroll service provider/PEO or HR consulting is beneficial.
• Professional payroll or HR certification (CPP/PHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities
