Azalea Health Center by Harborview is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations with accuracy and discretion in a faith‑based care setting.

The role requires experience with payroll systems (Paycom/ADP), attention to detail, and knowledge of payroll tax regulations. You will handle confidential information and support benefits administration in collaboration with finance and HR.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll processing, accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and timekeeping platforms (Paycom, ADP, or similar).
• Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience with government or healthcare payroll is a plus.

What You Will Do

What You Must Have

• Proven experience in payroll processing, accounting, or related field
