Job summary

Graceville Rehab is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage and optimize payroll operations for our healthcare facility in Graceville, FL. You will ensure accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting.

Focus areas include earnings, taxes, deductions, and benefits administration, with exposure to Paycom or ADP systems. The role requires discretion, strong accuracy, and a commitment to confidentiality in a faith-based, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll processing, accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and timekeeping platforms (experience with Paycom, ADP, or similar preferred).
• Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience with government or healthcare payroll is a plus.
