Job summary

Félix seeks a Product Manager to own the Payouts Platform, shaping vision, roadmap, and outcomes for sending money across the US to LatAm markets. You will ensure fast, reliable, and low‑cost payouts while collaborating with Compliance, Treasury, and Engineering.

You will drive platform adoption across products, define partner needs, expand rails including instant payments, wallets, cash networks and crypto rails, and lead initiatives with BD and Ops to improve performance and reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with payments exposure.
• Platform/API ownership for internal customers.
• Knowledge of payout rails and settlement timing.
• Experience taking third‑party integrations to production.
• Proficiency in SQL and reliability/cost metrics.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and roadmap for the Payouts Platform.
• Build a self‑serve payouts platform used by multiple products.
• Lead expansion across markets and rails, including LatAm, instant payments, wallets, crypto.
• Define partner requirements and evaluate payout providers.
• Improve payout success rates and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance, funding and operational readiness for payouts.
• Collaborate with engineering on delivery, SLAs and performance.
