Job summary

Félix is hiring a Payouts Platform Product Manager in San Francisco to own the vision, roadmap, and results for how money gets to its destination. You will make payouts fast, reliable, and low-cost for every product in all markets we serve.

You will drive platform adoption, expand reach across Latin America and beyond, and partner with Compliance, Treasury, and Business Development to deliver scalable payout solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with at least 2 years on payments, payouts or money movement products.
• Platform/API ownership where main customers were other teams or developers.
• Knowledge of payout rails and partners; LatAm rails like SPEI/PIX/ACH style is a strong plus.
• Experience taking third-party integrations from evaluation to production with cross-functional teams.
• SQL data fluency and ability to define reliability and cost metrics.
• Ability to explain trade-offs to engineers, ops teams and executives; open to equivalent competencies.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for the Payouts Platform, balancing capabilities, reliability, and cost.
• Build a shared, self-serve platform that any product team can adopt quickly.
• Expand reach by selecting markets and rails to invest in next, leading launches with Compliance, Treasury and BD.
