Job summary

Félix moves money for millions of transactions from the US to LatAm. The Payouts Platform is the shared service used by every product to send money out across bank transfers, instant rails, wallets, cash networks and crypto rails.

As PM for Payouts Platform, you will own the vision, roadmap and results for how money gets to its destination, aiming to make payouts fast, reliable, and low-cost for every product in every market we serve.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years on payments, payouts or money movement products.
• Platform and API experience: owned a product used by other teams or developers.
• Rails knowledge: payout rails and partners, including settlement timing, returns, failure modes and SLAs; LatAm rails knowledge a plus.
• Partner integrations: track record of taking third-party integrations from evaluation to production with engineering and commercial teams.
• Data fluency: comfortable with SQL and defining reliability and cost metrics.
• Clear communication: able to explain trade-offs to engineers, ops teams and executives alike.
• Equivalent competencies in related areas will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for the Payouts Platform.
• Build a platform that any product team can use quickly.
• Expand reach across markets and rails, leading launches with FX, Compliance and Treasury.
• Define partner requirements and evaluate payout providers and routes.
• Improve routing and validation to raise success rates and reduce costs.
• Reduce manual work and give product teams real-time payout visibility.
• Ensure every payout is compliant, funded and supportable across teams.
• Define service commitments and report on payout performance.
