Job summary

Félix in Miami, FL seeks a Product Manager for the Payouts Platform who will own the vision, roadmap and outcomes for how money gets to its destination. You will work across payments, compliance, treasury and engineering to make payouts fast, reliable and low-cost for every product and market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years on payments, payouts or money movement products.
• Platform and API experience: product whose main customers were other teams or developers.
• Rails knowledge: payout rails, settlement timing, returns, failure modes and partner SLAs; LatAm rails a plus.
• Partner integrations: track record of taking third-party integrations from evaluation to production.
• Data fluency: comfortable with SQL and defining reliability and cost metrics.
• Clear communication: explain trade-offs to engineers, ops teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for the Payouts Platform and balance new capabilities, reliability and cost.
• Build a platform every product can use by turning payouts into a shared, self-serve capability.
• Expand reach by prioritizing markets and rails across LatAm and beyond, with FX, Compliance and Treasury.
• Shape partner strategy, evaluating payout providers and direct connections alongside Business Development.
• Improve performance by defining routing and validation strategies to raise success rates and lower cost.
• Reduce manual work by removing manual payout handling and giving real-time visibility to product teams.
• Align across teams to ensure compliant, funded and supportable payouts; set service commitments.
